Description

For this week’s special English episode of “Beethoven bewegt”, Rafael Kopper sat down with Leah Katz and Margherita D’Adamo, two of the dancers who are involved in Tino Sehgal’s new work “This Joy”, which is on view at the Kunsthistorisches Museum until 24 January. They discussed the inception of the work, their collaboration with Tino Sehgal and the process of transforming Beethoven’s music into pieces for the human voice. Next week we will be back to our regular format with author Vea Kaiser.

The catalogue accompanying the exhibition is also available in English: http://bit.ly/KHM_Shop_BeethovenMoves_Catalogue

Host and producer: Rafael Kopper; Signation: Rebecca Horn, "Concert for Anarchy", 1990
